God has a calling and a purpose for your life!

I am a 14 year old freshman in High School! I have an amazing family of 8! I have 2 beautiful dogs! I love Summer, the beach, pastel colors (specifically pink and yellow), anything disney! I love hanging out with my friends! I love being social! And I love my school! And I love Jesus and sharing the Gospel to others! He loves you! Never forget that!

God doesn’t bless who you pretend to be, He blesses who you really are. If God called you to do something, don’t let anyone else’s opinion make you feel any less worthy of achieving God’s calling for your life! He isn’t committed to your dream, He’s committed to His purpose for your life! Don’t chase after a dream that has nothing to do with God’s purpose for your life because I can tell you this much, God already designed His purpose for your life, and it’s way better!

But, let me ask you this... have you taken time to ask God if that dream is yours? Have you taken time to ask Him if that dream you’ve been chasing is actually His purpose for your life? Because, maybe it is. Maybe the dream you’ve been chasing all of this time, is actually the purpose God has for you.

Make decisions for destiny, not for temporary desires. In other words, don’t make decisions based on how you feel right now, make decisions based on where you see yourself in 10 years. And you know what? Along the beautiful journey of achieving God’s purpose for your life, you may stumble along the way, you may have people who think differently but, let me tell you this, they see a seed, you see a tree. They may not know fully what God’s purpose is for you but, you do!

So what’s controlling you? Are you controlled by the opinions of others or are you controlled by the Word of God? What I’m basically trying to say is, If God gave you a calling, never give up trying to achieve it. Keep going! God is here for you! Keep moving forward! We love you!

Prayer: Dear Lord, I pray if there’s anyone reading this right now that feels discouraged about moving forward to achieve your calling for their life, I pray that you’d just encourage them to keep moving forward, and to keep trusting in you and your purpose for their life. Or maybe they don’t even know what their calling is yet. Father God, I pray that you would just speak to them, reveal to them their purpose and their calling that you designed for their life. Give them a hope and a future! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
